I'm a mum of 3 boys and 2 border collies, a runner and a fitness educator. I love to run, lift heavy weights, shop for running shoes and REALLY enjoy the occasional glass of wine. I believe I bring a holistic and balanced approach to training and educating people about the benefits of fitness and living a healthy lifestyle. I DO NOT believe in quick fixes, following fads or denying yourself the things you love. I DO believe that achieving long term success requires a realistic approach, education, dedication and every now and then a bit of time to step back and relax!
I have developed a passion for helping others achieve goals through health and fitness and over the past 10 years have worked with a range of clients including young, old and those in between with an emphasis on female clients. I have also worked for a number of years in fitness education, teaching Cert III, IV and diploma level qualifications. I 100% believe education fosters passion and is vital in achieving long term success within your goals. I understand the difficulties of juggling family and professional lifestyles and aim to provide the support and guidance you need to make achieving your health and fitness goals just that little bit easier.
